Our labour carries six months. Come back inside that and somebody looks at it for nothing, and if it is our work that failed we put it right for nothing.
Parts carry whatever the maker gives them, which on a tap is usually a year and on a cheap cistern valve is usually nothing at all. We will tell you which you are buying before it is fitted.
If you supplied the part yourself, our labour guarantee still stands on the fitting. The part is your risk, and we will say plainly at the time when we think a part is going to fail, rather than fitting it silently and being proved right in April.
