One cook, one galley and sixteen guests. Breakfast is cooked to order because the first dive is at six and nobody eats a buffet at half past five. Lunch and dinner are served at the long table on the main deck.
Reef fish landed by the dhoni most days, rice, roshi, curries that are toned down by default and turned up on request, and a snack after the afternoon dive that most guests remember better than the dinners.
No pork is carried on the boat. Tell us about allergies when you book, because the boat provisions once before a trip and there is no shop at sea.
