A thirty page album is from 2,400 rufiyaa, an A3 framed print is 650 and a canvas is from 900. Printing is done through a press in Malé that we have used for eight years, and we go and look at the first proof.
The reason to print with us rather than taking the files elsewhere is that a photograph edited for a screen is too bright and too cool for paper. Every file that goes to print is corrected a second time for the paper it is going on, which is invisible work and is the difference between a print that looks like the photograph and one that looks slightly grey.
Albums take three weeks and we show you the layout before anything is printed. Two rounds of changes are included and nobody has ever needed a third.
We keep your files for two years and we will reprint from them. After that they are deleted, which is a promise rather than a limitation, and we remind you a month before.
