Kitchen, bathrooms, floors, dusting, beds changed if you leave the linen out, and the bins. Two or three hours depending on the size of the place, with the same two people every week.
The list is made on the first visit with you walking round the flat, and it includes the things people usually forget to ask for: the balcony drain, the top of the fridge, the fan blades. It also records anything you would rather we left alone.
Most customers move to a fortnightly visit after a year or two, and that is a sensible thing to do. We will tell you if we think you are paying for more cleaning than you need.
