What it costs
200.00 Per person
Lessons are paid for in blocks of five at the office, or one at a time in cash at the start of the hour, whichever suits you. A block of five is cheaper than five singles and it does not expire.
A theory class seat is paid at the door on the night. Bring the exact amount if you can, because the classroom has no card machine.
Two and a half hours in the classroom above the office, on a scheduled evening. You reserve a seat on a class that already exists rather than proposing a time, so the list on the booking page is the real list of dates.
What is covered: the signs, the road markings, priority at junctions, roundabouts, the rules about helmets and belts, and the twenty or so questions people get wrong most often. Everything is in Dhivehi with the English wording of each sign beside it, because the sign on the road is in both.
One class is enough for most people to sit the written paper. Come again for free within three months if you want to sit through it a second time before the paper, and plenty do.
The seat is paid at the door. Eighteen seats and they go, so reserve rather than turn up on the night.
