What it costs

The fee is paid by bank transfer to the account in the confirmation email, or in cash at the office in the afternoon. A receipt carrying your enrolment reference comes back once it has arrived, and the place is held for seven days from the confirmation.
The exam preparation course may be paid in two halves, the second before week five. Hospitality courses paid for by a resort are invoiced to the resort, monthly, against an attendance sheet the office sends with the invoice, and no staff member is ever asked for money at the door.
The placement and needs interview is free. Speaking practice hours are paid singly at the office or in blocks of five, and a block is cheaper and does not expire.
Forty minutes with a teacher before you enrol in anything. Free, and nobody is under any obligation at the end of it.
Twenty minutes of it is your English: you talk, you write a short piece on the spot, and the teacher tells you where you are in plain terms rather than in a label. The other twenty are your plan, and for people going abroad that half is the more important one. When do you leave. What has the university asked for in writing. Have you booked a test date and can it be moved. Who is paying for the course and for the test.
That conversation regularly changes what somebody enrols in, and once or twice a year it ends with us saying that ten weeks will not be enough before their departure date and that the honest options are to move the date or to accept a course that takes them part of the way. We would rather have that conversation in a free interview than in week eight of a paid one.
Staff sent by a resort get the same forty minutes, and the property is told the level and the recommended course and nothing else. Ask for a female teacher on the booking and the form will show only her times.
