What it costs
250.00 Per booking
The fee is paid by bank transfer to the account in the confirmation email, or in cash at the office in the afternoon. A receipt carrying your enrolment reference comes back once it has arrived, and the place is held for seven days from the confirmation.
The exam preparation course may be paid in two halves, the second before week five. Hospitality courses paid for by a resort are invoiced to the resort, monthly, against an attendance sheet the office sends with the invoice, and no staff member is ever asked for money at the door.
The placement and needs interview is free. Speaking practice hours are paid singly at the office or in blocks of five, and a block is cheaper and does not expire.
An hour with one teacher and nobody else in the room. You speak, the teacher pushes you into the tasks you are worst at, and the last ten minutes are the recording played back with the two or three habits that are costing you marks pointed out.

It is uncomfortable and it works. The habits that hold a speaking score down are almost never vocabulary: they are filling silence with the same three words, answering a question in five words when the task wants forty, and repairing a sentence out loud three times instead of finishing it. None of those are visible to the person doing them, which is why the recording is the whole point of the hour.
You choose the teacher on the form and see only the hours that person is free.
