What it costs
450.00 Per booking
The fee for the appointment you book here is paid at the desk when you arrive, in cash or by transfer, and you are given a numbered receipt. If we cannot help you, the appointment is not charged and we say so in the first ten minutes rather than at the end of the hour.
Government fees are a separate matter and we never handle them for you. Every fee is paid by the employer or the worker directly, into the government account, from a bank account in their own name. We tell you the amount, the account and the reference, and we look at the receipt with you afterwards.
Work on a file is quoted in writing before it starts, as a fixed figure for a named outcome, never as an hourly rate with no end. On a fixed quotation we ask for half before we begin and half when the permit or visa is in your hand.
For a worker or an employer at the start of a permit. We go through the job, the nationality, the quota position and the medical, and you leave with a checklist naming every document, who issues it, how long it takes and what it costs.
The checklist is the point of the appointment. Almost every file that goes wrong went wrong because one paper was missing and nobody knew which one until the file came back, six weeks later.
Bring passports, the offer or contract if there is one, and the company registration if you are the employer. Forty five minutes is enough for one worker and one job. If you have arrived with eleven workers and four job titles, book the quota session instead.
