This is the part of the shop we take most seriously and the part with the most rules.
We ring the family before we deliver. Not to announce the gift, but to ask when is suitable and whether flowers are wanted at all. Customs differ between families and a van arriving at a house at the wrong hour is a burden rather than a kindness.
Arrangements are plain: white and green, no ribbon, no card from us, and your words written simply. If you are ordering from abroad and are not sure what is appropriate, ring us and ask. We would far rather have that conversation than guess.
