Four things worth knowing before you order
A date, not an hour
You choose the day. We deliver between ten in the morning and six in the evening on that day, and we ring the person first so that somebody is there.
Two flights a week
Cut flowers reach this country by air on two days. We will tell you which days are best for what you want rather than promising every stem every day.
The card is handwritten
You type the words, somebody here writes them out. No printed labels and nothing with our name where yours belongs.
Paid by transfer
Place the order, get a reference, transfer the total and quote it. There is no card payment on this site and nothing is collected at the door.
Flowers for the days people remember
Six things we are asked for most, plus the office orders and the ones sent from abroad.

What people tell us afterwards
I ordered eight weeks early and they had it written on a board from that day. My mother got flowers at half past ten on the morning of her birthday and I was three thousand kilometres away.
Forty arrangements with forty names, checked twice, all on the desks before anybody arrived. One invoice with GST rather than a pile of receipts.
They rang the family before delivering and waited until the evening because the house was full. That phone call is the reason I have used them every time since.
What people ask before they send flowers
How far ahead can I order?
Up to sixty days. The date goes on the board in the workroom the moment the order is paid, and the flowers for it are bought against it.
Ordering early genuinely gets you better flowers here, because stock arrives twice a week and dated orders are filled first.
Can I order for tomorrow, or for today?
Tomorrow, yes, if the order is in before nine in the evening tonight.
Same day is sometimes possible for something simple if you ring before eleven in the morning, but it is not something you can choose on this site. We would rather not offer it than fail at it.
Can I say what the card should say?
Yes, and you should. Type the words at checkout and somebody here writes them out by hand.
We do not add our own name to a card and we do not print labels. If you want the sender kept secret until it is opened, say so and we will manage it.

Tell us what the day is
If you are not sure what to send, say what the occasion is and who it is for. That is usually enough for us to suggest two things.
