A hotel built for the flight times
Open since 2019, eight minutes from the terminal, and staffed for the hours the flights actually use.
What we decided at the start
There are a lot of rooms in Hulhumale and most of them are sold on the same two facts: near the airport and near the beach. Both are true of us and neither is a reason to choose us.
So we picked a guest instead. Somebody who arrives at eleven at night, has meetings for two days, works in the room for three hours in the evening and flies out at half past seven in the morning. Every decision in the building comes from that person.
That is why breakfast opens at six, why the car runs all night, why the desks are desks and the chairs have backs, why there are two internet lines from different providers, and why reservations will set up a company account in one email.
It is also why we do not have a spa, a second restaurant or an infinity pool. Twenty two rooms cannot carry those and be honest about the rate at the same time.
The beach is a four minute walk and it is very good. We just do not pretend it is why you are here.

For whoever books on your behalf
Can you invoice my company
Yes. Send the company name, address and registration number with the booking and the invoice is correct the first time.
Companies who use us regularly get an account and one invoice a month with the traveller name on each line. Those bookings need no deposit at all.
What happens if my meeting is cancelled and I do not come
Free to call off up to six in the evening on the day before. After that the first night is charged.
If you are a company with an account, write to us and we will move the date instead. A room we can resell is a room nobody needs to argue about.
