What you book here is a time when somebody will be at your door. The rider carries a scale and a printed price list. Your bag is weighed and the items counted in front of you, and you are handed a docket with the figure on it before it leaves the building.
Pay the rider on delivery, in cash or by transfer to the account printed on the docket. Households on the weekly bundle are invoiced once a month instead, on the first working day, and settle inside seven days.
The only figure that can change after the docket is written is one we telephone you about first: a stain that needs a second treatment, or a load that turns out to be curtains rather than clothes. You can always say no and take the bag back unwashed at no charge.
For a house that sends a load every week anyway. We come twice a week on fixed days, take up to three kilos each time, and bring the last lot back on the same trip.
It is charged by the day for however long you book, so a four week bundle is four weeks of days and there is no joining fee, no minimum term past the first week and nothing to cancel by letter. Stop it by telling the rider.
Ironing is not included and is added per item on the docket, which is deliberate: most households on this bundle want nothing ironed at all and should not be paying for it. Bundles are invoiced monthly rather than at the door.
