What it costs
280.00 Per day
Pay when you collect it, or when we deliver it, in cash or by card. There is no deposit and we do not hold anything on a card.
We ask to see a driving licence with a motorcycle entitlement and we photograph it, and the photograph is deleted when the machine comes back. No licence, no scooter, and there is no arguing about that one because it is our insurance rather than our rule.
Four electric scooters with a range of about sixty kilometres, which is far more than this island can use in a day. The charger goes with the machine and a full charge takes about five hours from the socket at your guesthouse.
Quiet, which matters more here than it sounds: the village lanes are narrow and people sit outside in the evening. Several guesthouses now ask their guests to take these rather than the petrol ones.
Two helmets, a phone holder and the charger are included. The rate shown is for each day and there is no fuel to buy at all.
