Fannu Phone Repair Every phone gets a number, and the number gets a page

A job number and a page of your own

FPR 2026 0184, a link that is yours, and three words that are always true.

The thing this shop is known for is not a repair. It is the number.

Every booking becomes a job number in the form FPR 2026 0184, and the confirmation email carries a link that belongs only to you. Nobody can guess it and nobody else is given it. Open it from your own phone, or from the loan phone, or from a computer at work, and the page tells you which of three things is true about your repair.

Pending means we have the request and have not started. Confirmed means the bench and the time are held and your phone is in the queue. Completed means it is back together and sitting at the counter with your name on the box.

That is the whole of it, and we describe it plainly because the plain version is better than it sounds. There is no live picture of somebody holding a screwdriver and no message for every screw. There is one page that is correct whenever you look at it, at two in the morning if you like, without ringing a shop that is shut.
