A subscription starts the morning after we have confirmed it, and it is invoiced at the end of each month for the days it actually ran. If we miss a morning, that day is taken off the invoice without you having to ask, and the invoice names the date we missed.
Invoices go out on the first working day of the month and are settled by transfer or at the yard inside fourteen days. There is no joining fee, no deposit and no minimum term beyond the first week, and you stop a subscription by telling the crew or telephoning the office.
A one off collection is quoted before the truck is loaded. For bulky household items the figure on the booking form is the figure, and for building or garden waste it is a figure per load agreed when we see the pile, because a photograph has never once told us the truth about a pile.
We never collect a government fee, an island council charge or anybody else's bill, and no crew member will ask you for cash at the gate.
A bin emptied three mornings a week, on the same mornings every week, between seven and eleven. Your street has a time inside that window and the crew keeps to it within about twenty minutes, which is close enough to put the bin out after Fajr and forget about it.
Charged by the day for however long you subscribe, so a month is a month of days and nothing else is added. Up to one hundred and twenty litres a collection, which is two ordinary bins, and a household that regularly puts out more is moved onto the shop round rather than quietly surcharged.
No joining fee, no deposit and no minimum term past the first week. Missed mornings come off the invoice at the end of the month without you having to ask.
