An empty flat or house, cleaned from the ceiling down, ready to be handed over or moved into.
For a tenant leaving, we clean to the standard that gets a deposit back, which means the oven, the extractor, the window tracks and the marks behind the doors rather than a general wipe. For somebody moving in, it means everything the last occupant touched.
We photograph anything already damaged before we start and send the pictures with the invoice. That protects the customer and it protects us, and it has settled more than one argument between a landlord and a departing tenant.
