For a room by the night there is no deposit. Pay at the desk when you arrive, in cash or by card, and if your flight is diverted and you never get here you owe us nothing.
For a day room by the hour we hold the slot and you pay on arrival. If you are running late, telephone rather than write: the desk will hold the room for an hour and the email will not be read in time.
Book the room on the date you will be sleeping in it, not the date you take off. A flight that leaves at two in the morning lands you here on the day before.
