Questions we are asked often

My flight leaves at two in the morning. Which night do I book

The night before. A flight at two in the morning on the fifteenth means you sleep here on the fourteenth and we take you to the terminal at around eleven that evening.

This is the mistake we fix most often, and we fix it by telephoning you rather than by leaving a room empty. Send the flight number and the desk will check it.

What is the difference between a day room and a night

A night runs from two in the afternoon to eleven the next morning and includes breakfast. A day room is a block of hours, either three or six, and does not.

If your gap is under about eight hours a day room is the cheaper and easier answer. Over that, take the night. The desk will tell you which if you send the two flight times.

Does the hour I booked start if my flight is late

No. A day room starts when you arrive, not when the slot opened, so a delayed flight does not eat into your six hours.

If you are more than an hour late, telephone rather than email. The desk will hold the room; the email will not be read in time.

Is the car really included

Yes, both ways, on every booking including the two hour shower room, at any hour of the day or night. There is no charge for waiting either.

Nine minutes to the terminal over the bridge. Give us a flight number and the driver leaves without being called.

Can I get to Male and back in a layover

Yes if you have six hours or more. The bus from the main road takes about twenty five minutes to the terminal in Male and runs every ten minutes through the day.

Under six hours we would tell you to stay on this island, leave the bags with us and walk to the beach. The desk will say so plainly rather than sell you a taxi.

Do I pay a deposit

No, and nothing is held on a card. You pay at the desk when you arrive, in cash or by card.

If your flight is diverted and you never reach us, you owe us nothing and there is nothing to claim back. That is the whole policy.
