A lesson here is an hour with a named instructor, booked on the form, and the confirmation email carries the meeting point and the registration of the car.
That is not how most schools in the country do it, and the reason we do is worth saying plainly: an instructor you have had five times knows what you did last week without being told, and a school that sends whoever is free spends the first ten minutes of every lesson catching up.
If your instructor is away, the form simply will not offer their hours. Nobody is quietly substituted.
