Everything we do starts with this and it is the only thing we ask you to judge us on. One page per worker, listing each document, the office or country that issues it, the realistic waiting time and the fee.
It is written the same day as the appointment and emailed to you, so your employer, your family at home and your own future self can all read the same list. Nothing on it is a rule we half remember; where a rule has changed recently the line says so and gives the date.
What it is not is a promise about a decision. It is the list of what a complete file looks like. A complete file is refused very rarely; an incomplete one is refused almost always.
