We are not against fresh flowers. We are against selling somebody an expensive thing that dies on Thursday without telling them it will.
If you want fresh, order at least four days ahead so that we can buy on a flower day. The arrangement is made the morning it goes out and we will tell you honestly how long it should last in the room it is going to.
What we do not do is hold fresh stock in the studio to sell on demand. Doing that means selling the fourth day flowers to whoever comes last, and we would rather say no.
