Colour and highlights are the one exception. Those hold a stylist for two or three hours, so once we have confirmed we ask for two hundred rufiyaa by transfer and take it off the bill. If you cancel in good time it comes back or stays on your account, whichever you prefer.
A full head of colour is two and a half hours and it is booked against Liusha, who does the colour here. The price on the form is the starting price for hair to the shoulder in one shade.
Longer hair, more than one shade, or going lighter than three levels from where you are all cost more, and all of it is quoted to you at the basin before a single bowl is mixed. Nobody has ever been surprised by a bill here and we intend to keep that true.
If you have coloured at home with a box in the last three months, say so on the booking form. Not to be told off. Box colour changes what professional colour does on top of it, and a stylist who knows will get a better result than one who finds out halfway through.
