Nothing is paid on this website and no card details are asked for.

The fee for the appointment is paid at reception when you arrive, in cash or by card. It covers the time with the doctor and nothing else: any test, dressing or medicine is charged separately and only after the doctor has explained it and you have agreed to it.

If you hold health insurance or a scheme entitlement, bring the card and your identity card to reception before the appointment rather than after it, because what can be claimed has to be recorded at the start.

Double the time, for somebody with more than one thing to raise, a condition that has been going on for months, or a folder of results from elsewhere that needs reading properly.

It is also the right appointment for a first visit if you are new to the clinic and take regular medicine, because the first job is writing down accurately what you are already on.

Thirty minutes is a long appointment by the standards of a walk in clinic and it is why this one costs more. You are paying for time, not for a different doctor.

The fee is for the appointment and does not include tests or medicine.
