An hour's notice is enough, and the email names the doctor and the room.
Two each morning and two each evening, given out by reception on the day.
On the general list most days, and the womens health list two evenings a week.
Tests and medicine are explained and priced separately, and only with your agreement.
Book a time, arrive ten minutes early, and be seen at that time.
The form lets you pick, and reception will tell you who is in.
Dr Shifa on two evenings, a female nurse in the building, and a chaperone offered.
Reviewed in an appointment, because that is how the law and good sense work.
The sample is taken at the clinic and sent to a laboratory across the bridge.
Completed after an appointment, by the doctor who saw you.
Booked at seven in the morning for half past nine and we were out of the building in twenty minutes. With a three year old that is the whole difference.
The doctor told me what the test was for and what it cost before she ordered it, then rang me herself with the result and explained it. Nobody had done either of those things before.
I asked for a repeat over the phone and was told no and why. Annoying at the time, and then the review found something worth finding.
The form shows the real free times and it takes bookings from an hour ahead, so the same day is often possible, particularly in the morning.
We also hold two slots each morning and two each evening for the same day, and those are given out by reception rather than through the form. Ring and ask.
Yes. The form asks which doctor and then shows only the hours that person is free.
For a second appointment about the same problem, pick the doctor you saw the first time if you can. They start from what they already found, which is worth more than a shorter wait.
Use the link in your confirmation email to move or call off the appointment up to an hour before, at no charge.
If you arrive more than ten minutes late we may have to give you the next free time, because the consultation cannot run into the appointment after yours.
Yes. Dr Nazly takes the general list on most days, and Dr Shifa holds the womens health list on Sunday and Tuesday evenings.
A female nurse is in the building at all of those hours and a chaperone is offered for any examination without your having to ask. You are also welcome to bring somebody into the room with you.
The time with the doctor. It does not include any test, dressing, injection or medicine, and it is not a promise of any particular treatment.
Anything beyond the consultation is explained and priced by the doctor during the appointment, and it only goes ahead if you agree to it.
At reception when you arrive, in cash or by card. Nothing is paid on this website and no card details are asked for.
If you hold health insurance or a scheme entitlement, bring the card and your identity card to reception before the appointment. What can be claimed has to be recorded at the start, and afterwards is too late.
If somebody has been in an accident, is bleeding heavily, is having difficulty breathing, has collapsed or has chest pain, go straight to a hospital rather than booking here.
