Three kilometres of island means nothing is far away. Telephone and somebody comes out with a tool bag, usually within twenty minutes.
One puncture is repaired at no charge. A dead battery, a slipped chain, a blown bulb or a fuel tap left shut are all fixed on the spot and none of them is charged for.
If we cannot fix it there we bring you another machine and take that one back to the shop. You do not sit by the road waiting for a decision.
