The examination courses start two terms out and they are a different thing from the ordinary live classes.
Each course covers the whole syllabus at pace, then spends the last term entirely on questions. Three full practice examinations are sat under real conditions: timed, on paper, at home with a parent or an invigilator we have agreed, then photographed and sent to us.
We mark them by hand and return the script with writing on it, a breakdown by topic and a written note about what to do next. The breakdown is the part students have never had before. A total of fifty six is useless; knowing that thirty of the lost marks came from two skills is a plan.
The final six weeks have a written plan per student, deliberately not a list of past papers in order, which is how most of that period gets wasted.
Nine hundred rufiyaa per subject per term, including all three practice examinations and the marking. Islands with no specialist teacher in that subject can ask about a reduced place.
