A customer sent us a link for a laptop at a price that was about half what it should have been, from a seller we had already had two bad outcomes with.
We said no, and we explained: two earlier customers had received the wrong specification from the same seller and neither had got their money back. The customer was annoyed, quite reasonably, because the price was excellent and we were the obstacle.
We offered to order the same machine from a seller we had used before, about nineteen hundred rufiyaa dearer. They went ahead with that and the machine arrived as described.
We include this because it is the part of our service that is hardest to advertise. Anybody can take an order. Keeping a list of sellers we will not buy from costs us fees every month, and it is the only reason we still have customers from 2019.
