Send us the link. We will do the rest of it
Buy from overseas online shops that will not ship here, or will not take your card. We order it, gather it at our warehouse abroad, ship it, clear it and hand it to you in Male.
Four things that stop an overseas order
They will not ship to the Maldives
Most overseas shops stop at the checkout page. Ours is a real address they will deliver to, and then we bring it on.
The card is refused
We pay the shop from our own account and you pay us in rufiyaa by transfer, which removes the commonest reason an order fails.
Six parcels, one shipment
Everything you order in a month waits at our warehouse and travels together. One freight charge instead of six.
Cleared, with the duty shown
We declare it, pay the duty and show you the receipt. No customs queue and no surprise at the counter.
From the link to your hand
Six steps, and you only ever deal with us.
Order from a link
Send the link. We buy it with our own card, in our own account, and you pay us in rufiyaa.
A shipping address abroad
Your own locker number at our warehouse, for the shops you would rather buy from yourself.
Consolidation and repacking
Six parcels become one box. Most of what you save on an overseas order is saved here.
Air shipping by the kilogram
Ninety five rufiyaa a kilogram, five to eight days from the warehouse to Male.
Sea shipping for bulky orders
Four thousand two hundred rufiyaa a cubic metre, four to six weeks, and the only sensible way to send furniture.
Customs, duty and delivery in Male
We declare it, pay the duty, and hand it over at the shop or bring it to your door.
Last year
Three that were more than a parcel
A shop's first wholesale order, a school's art supplies and a wedding gathered from five different shops.
A phone accessory shop's first wholesale order
Four hundred items from three sellers, shipped by sea instead of air, at about a third of the freight the owner had budgeted.
Art supplies for a school term
Eleven sellers, one budget, one delivery to an island, with the duty shown to the board before anything was ordered.
A wedding gathered from five shops
Decorations, fabric and favours from five sellers, held at the warehouse for six weeks and flown as one box with a deadline on it.
What customers say
I was going to fly four hundred items. They repacked it into six cartons, sent it by sea and it cost about a third. Five weeks instead of eight days, and the margin survived.
They gave the board one total with the duty and the freight worked out per line, and the final invoice was within two hundred rufiyaa of it. That is why we could get it approved at all.
One seller went quiet nine days before our cut off and they told me on the third day instead of hoping. We ordered a spare and we needed it. The wedding was fine.
The questions everybody asks first
What do you need from me to order something?
A link, and the variant if there is one. Size, colour, model, quantity.
A screenshot is fine if the link will not send. A description is a guess, and three weeks is a long time to wait for a guess.
How long does it take?
By air, usually eleven days from your approval to your hand: two or three days for the seller to dispatch, five to eight in the air, and one or two to clear.
By sea, four to six weeks, because the container has to fill before it sails. We sail twice a month and we will tell you which sailing you are on.
Can I use my own card and just borrow your address?
Yes. Every customer gets a locker number at our warehouse and you can use that address at any shop's checkout.
There is no purchasing fee that way. You pay the freight, the duty and twenty five rufiyaa per parcel received. Many regular customers do both: the address for shops they trust, and us buying where their card is refused.
What will you not order?
Anything illegal to import, anything alcoholic, anything containing pork, anything indecent, and anything that cannot travel: aerosols, lighters, large batteries, pressurised cans and most perfume.
We also will not order from a seller we have had two bad outcomes with, and we will tell you when your link is one of those. That list costs us money and it is the reason we still have customers from our first year.
How long will you hold my parcels?
Thirty days free at the warehouse, which is enough for a month of ordering to gather.
After thirty days there is a small storage charge per parcel per week, because the warehouse is a shipping point and not a store room. We message you at twenty days rather than waiting for the charge to start.
Send the link and your island
You will get the total in rufiyaa, including our fee, the freight and the duty, before you pay anything.
Tell us what you want to order
A link, a screenshot or just a description. Say whether you want it by air or by sea and which island it is going to.
