A group departure is confirmed with twenty percent by bank transfer. Tickets are issued once the balance is settled, and the balance is due twenty one days before the departure date.
Umrah and Hajj bookings are quoted in writing before any money is asked for, and the written quote is the only price that counts.
Registration is paperwork before it is anything else, and paperwork done wrongly in the first week costs a whole season. Bring your identity card, your passport, and the details of anybody travelling with you.
We check the passport validity, fill in the forms with you, take copies, and give you a receipt listing exactly what we hold and what is still missing. There is no charge for the appointment and no money is asked for at it.
Quotas, dates and costs are set by the authorities each season and we do not guess at them in advance. When the season's terms are published we write to everyone on our list with the figures in full, and nothing is confirmed until you have those in writing.
