The questions we answer every day
Do I pay anything on this website
No. Requesting a seat holds it for three working days while we write back with the full quote. Money moves by bank transfer once you have that quote and have agreed to it.
How much of the money is due up front
Twenty percent to confirm a group departure, and the balance twenty one days before you fly. Tickets are issued when the balance clears.
The deposit can be returned up to thirty days before departure, less the bank charge. Inside thirty days it is gone, because the airline has already taken ours.
Can you hold a seat while I ask my family
That is exactly what the three working days are for. Nobody else can take the seat in that time, and we do not chase you on the second day.
What is included in the Umrah price
Return flights, the hotel nights in both cities, all transport on the ground, the visa work and a group leader from this office who travels with you.
The quote is four sharing. A twin or a single room costs more and the figure is written into the quote rather than mentioned later. Meals beyond the hotel breakfast are not included.
Will you answer religious questions
No, and we think it is important to say so. We arrange travel. A scholar chosen by the group travels with each departure and that is who those questions go to.
When will you know this season's Hajj cost
When the authorities publish the season's quota and terms, which is not a date we control. We do not estimate it in advance and we do not take money against an unpublished figure.
Get your name and papers on the list now, and we will write to everybody with the figures in full the week they are out.
