What it costs

A single treatment is paid here on the day, in cash or by card. For the retreat rooms we ask for half by bank transfer once we have confirmed, because a room held for a whole day is a room nobody else can have.
Coarse sea salt and coconut oil worked over the whole body, then rinsed off in the room's own shower. Forty five minutes, and you walk out of it rather than needing to lie down.
We use the coarse salt on backs and shoulders and the fine one everywhere else. If your skin is sensitive or you have been in the sun all day, tell the therapist and she will use the fine salt throughout or leave that area alone.
Good before a massage rather than after. Book the two together and we will put them in one appointment with a single changeover.
