What we do
Everything we offer, with a page for each so you can see what is involved.
The preschool: four and five year olds
Thirty two children in two groups, eight until half past eleven, and a home visit before the first morning.
Grades one to five
Ten classes of about twenty six, reading heard three times a week, and support assistants who come into the room.
Grades six to eight
Six classes, subject teachers, and the change that is hardest for a child with a plan.
Grades nine and ten: two streams
Science or commerce, with the practical subjects available in both, and three practice examinations in grade ten.
Grades eleven and twelve: two combinations
Life sciences or business, in groups of eleven to sixteen, and an honest word about what we do not offer.
The inclusive learning unit
Eleven individual plans, four support assistants, two rooms and a quiet room. Every child registered in an ordinary class.
The marine club, the garden and the afternoons
A reef survey the council uses, eleven garden beds, and the sport we can and cannot run since the field went.
