Cupcakes, brownies, cheesecake jars, custard tarts and small slices, for offices, schools and parties where a whole cake is awkward to serve.
Cupcakes are 35 rufiyaa each plain and 45 with piped buttercream and a topper, minimum twelve, in boxes of twelve. Brownies are 30 a piece. Jars are 65 and come back in the box if you return the jars, which most people do not.
For a dessert table we work to a number of pieces per guest rather than to a picture: three small items each for an afternoon event, five for an evening one. Tell us the guest count and the time of day and we will tell you what that costs before you have to choose flavours.
Piped buttercream is the one thing we will argue with you about for an outdoor event. It is beautiful at ten in the morning and it is soft by half past twelve.
