A family house over three floors, cleaned twice a week since 2021 by the same two people.
This is the clearest example we have of why we keep a team with a property. The first visits took five hours. The same work now takes three, not because anybody is rushing but because two people who have done it four hundred times know the order to do it in, where everything lives and what the family actually cares about.
We reduced the price after the second year without being asked, because the visit had genuinely become shorter and charging the old figure for it would have been charging for a habit rather than for work.
