Sixty desks over two floors, four meeting rooms, two kitchens and four washrooms, cleaned from seven in the evening.
The contract carries three rules we asked for rather than the client: nothing on a desk is moved to a different place, nothing on a desk is thrown away, and no paper is touched at all. Every office cleaning complaint we have ever heard about is one of those three, and writing them down at the start has meant none in two years.
The washroom and kitchen checklist is signed and left in the kitchen, so the office manager can see what was done without having to ask anybody. Three hours, three people, five evenings a week.
