Conduit and cable, distribution boards, breakers, switches, sockets and fittings, installed to the load schedule and to the standard the utility asks for.
We price the board and the cable together off the schedule rather than off a fittings count, because that is where the two circuits sharing a breaker get found. On refurbishment work it is also where we find what twenty years of additions has done to an existing board.
Handover includes a set of as built drawings showing what is actually in the walls. It costs us a day and it is worth a great deal to whoever opens that board in ten years.
