Every trade on one programme
We carry our own concrete, block, roofing, plumbing, electrical and finishing teams, so the one waiting on the other is our problem rather than yours.
Concrete frames and slabs
Setting out, steel, shuttering and pouring, from a single slab to a nine storey frame.
Blockwork and plaster
Walls up, straight and plumb, then rendered and ready for finishes. Six inch and four inch.
Roofing and waterproofing
Flat roofs, pitched roofs, parapets, gutters and the detailing that decides whether any of it works.
Plumbing and drainage
First fix to final fix, roof tanks, pumps, pressure sets and drains that were tested before they were buried.
Electrical installation
Conduit, cable, boards, breakers and fittings, wired to a load schedule and handed over with drawings.
Tiling and finishes
Floor and wall tiling, skirting, painting, joinery fitting and the snag list closed before you move in.
Finished, photographed and handed over

Frame to finishes in fourteen months, handed over eight days early, with the joinery made in the same yard as the steel.

What they say at handover
They built eight rooms over my head while I had guests in the building, and the loud work only ever happened in the hours we agreed. Handed over four days before my first booking.
The floor in that store has taken two years of loaded pallets and it has not cracked at a joint yet. They explained why they were putting the joints where they put them, which nobody had done before.
Four stages, agreed in writing, and prayers never moved off the site once. The final figure was the quoted figure, which in my experience of building work is worth saying out loud.
