A family house of four floors, two of them let, on a Phase Two plot with neighbours either side and no room for storage.
The programme was built around the pours rather than around the months. Steel came from our yard cut and bent per floor, shuttering was struck and moved up rather than stored, and every pour started before eight. The plot never held more than a week of material, which is the only way to build on a plot of that size without paying somebody to move things twice.
Fourteen months from setting out to handover, eight days ahead of the programme on the wall. The snag list at the second walk had eleven items on it and all of them were closed inside a fortnight.
