We run the whole evening: stage, seating, decor, sound, lighting, the schedule and the people keeping to it.
What separates a calm wedding from a frantic one is the hour before guests arrive. We finish building two hours before the first car, walk the room with the couple, and then the crew changes into black and disappears. Nothing is being carried past a guest at any point in the evening.
We will also say no to things. A four hundred guest reception on a plot that holds two hundred and eighty is a bad evening for everybody, and it is cheaper to hear that from us in February than to find out in June.
