At the end of a course, anybody who attended at least eighty percent of the hours gets a letter stating the course, the dates, the hours and the level reached. It carries a reference and a link, and whoever you hand it to can open that page and see the same facts.
What it is not is an examination result, and we will never describe it as one. A university that asked for an international test score wants that score from whoever runs the test. Our letter says you did eighty hours of preparation here and how it went, which is a useful thing to attach and is not a substitute.
We will not issue a letter to somebody who did not attend. That is asked for a couple of times a year, occasionally by an employer, and it has never happened.
