A refused file arrives here about twice a month, usually with the worker already booked to fly. We read the whole thing before saying anything, and then we tell you which of three situations you are in.
Either a document is missing or wrong and it can be fixed, or the rule genuinely does not allow what was asked and no amount of resubmission will change it, or somebody earlier in the chain has told you something that was not true. The third is the most common and the hardest conversation.
We charge the appointment fee and nothing more to tell you which one it is. If it is the second, we will say so plainly and we will not sell you a file we expect to fail.
