We send a good deal of oil and bakhoor to the islands, and almost all of it is a repeat order off a card.
Tell us the boat and the sailing day. We pack the glass properly, which for oil means each bottle wrapped separately and the box marked on both sides, and we hand it over and tell you who signed for it.
The boat's freight is settled with the boat, not with us. We do not add a handling charge to it.
There is no tracking and we do not pretend otherwise. What we have is the name of the person who took the box and a telephone number, which in fourteen years has been enough all but three times, and all three turned up.
