Most of the bottles that end up half used under a sink were not bad products. They were good products used in the wrong order, in the wrong quantity, or on the wrong day.
So we write it down. Which bottle on which day, how much of it, what goes on wet hair and what goes on damp, what has to be rinsed and what does not, and roughly how long the bottle should last you. Two minutes at the counter, on a card with your name on it.
The quantity part is where most people are surprised. A conditioner used the way it is meant to be used costs less per month than the same bottle used generously twice a week and thrown out when it goes sticky.
There is no charge for this and you do not have to buy anything. Plenty of the cards we have written say to keep using what you already have and to change one thing.
