Every machine over five tonnes goes out with one of our operators unless your own holds a current licence for that class and your site has a supervisor. We ask to see the licence and we have turned jobs down over it.
An operator away from Male has to sleep and eat somewhere, and that is a real cost on a two week job. It is a line on the quotation with a number against it rather than something that appears later.
Operators work an eight hour day on site. Overtime is at the rate on the quotation, it is the only thing ever added, and it is agreed with your supervisor on the day rather than counted up at the end.
