We are not an examination centre. We do not enter anybody for an external English examination, we cannot register you for one, and we will not promise a particular result in one. A course teaches a level; what an examination gives you is between you and whoever runs it.
We do not help with visas, work permits or immigration paperwork of any kind, and we do not write letters designed to support an application. We will confirm the courses somebody attended and the hours, in a letter with a reference on it, and that is the extent of it.
We do not issue a certificate for a course somebody did not attend. That gets asked for perhaps twice a year, always politely and sometimes by an employer, and the answer has never once been yes.
