We appear in the Civil Court, the Employment Tribunal and the Family Court, and we prepare a hearing the same way every time: a chronology, a bundle, and a written summary of the point we have to win.
Most matters are decided by that bundle rather than by anything said on the day. A document produced late is a document the other side gets to explain away, so we ask for everything at the start and we ask again in writing.
We will also tell you when a case is not worth running. A claim worth thirty thousand rufiyaa that costs forty to win is not a victory, and it is our job to say so before you instruct us and not after.
