This is a small family clinic with four doctors, a treatment room and a waiting area. There is no emergency department, no ward, no ambulance and nobody here overnight.
If somebody has been in an accident, is bleeding heavily, is having difficulty breathing, has collapsed or has chest pain, go straight to a hospital. Do not book an appointment here and do not wait to be called back.
We also do not give medical advice over the telephone or in a message, to anybody, including regular patients. Reception can tell you what is free and what an appointment costs, and that is the limit of what they are allowed to say.
