We are deliberately narrow about what we accept. Sealed pharmacy items, sealed cosmetics, and prepared food going to a single address within about forty minutes. We do not deliver anything raw, anything already opened, or anything where the sender cannot tell us what temperature it needs. A bag keeps a parcel cool for roughly ninety minutes in this heat with a fresh pack, and beyond that we would be guessing.
For pharmacies we run a standing arrangement with bags collected and swapped at each collection, so a bag is never used twice in an afternoon with a spent pack in it.
What we will not do is claim a cold chain. This is an insulated bag on a motorcycle, and for anything where the temperature is a medical requirement rather than a preference, the answer is a courier with proper equipment and we will say so.
