Parcels between Malé and Hulhumalé, and within Hulhumalé.
60 rufiyaa across the bridge and 35 for a delivery inside Hulhumalé. Same day requires the parcel to be with us by two o'clock, and that cutoff is real rather than cautious.
Here is why it exists. The bridge run takes twenty two minutes at ten in the morning and fifty five at half past five, and the difference is not predictable enough to plan around. A rider who leaves Malé at four with six Hulhumalé parcels will deliver perhaps three of them before nine at night. A rider who leaves at half past two delivers all six by six o'clock. So we group Hulhumalé parcels into two crossings a day, at about eleven and about half past two, and anything that misses the second one goes first thing the following morning.
We will say no to a five o'clock request for a same day Hulhumalé delivery. Several of our competitors will say yes, and the parcel arrives the next day anyway with a shop owner who has told their customer otherwise.
Bulk crossings for shops with more than fifteen Hulhumalé parcels a day are arranged as their own run at 45 a parcel.
