Half of what is on these benches came from another repair shop, and that suits everybody.
A counter shop that does twelve screens a day should not own a microscope, an ultrasonic bath and a rework station, and should not be learning component work on a customer's board. Sending it here costs them an assessment and gets their customer an answer.
Trade bookings use the same form and the same references. We deal with the shop, not their customer, we do not put our name on anything, and we do not take their customer. That last one is why the arrangement has lasted.
If you run a counter and you have a drawer of boards you never quite got to, bring the drawer to a Saturday clinic and we will go through it.
